The Contortionist and the whole TC crew are like my second family, I love them all so much. ♡ Getting to shoot their hometown show is always a pleasure, but this occasion was very special, as they were headlining in the Old National Centre for the very first time! I couldn't be more proud of them. 

Boy, was shooting this show a challenge! Protest did not make it easy for me at all! But getting to see my good friends in Thank You Scientist kill it and getting to shoot Closure In Moscow (a low-key bucket list shoot) kept my spirits high! And also getting to see one of my favorite FOH guys ever! 

If it's not apparent by now, BTBAM holds a very special place in my heart, and shooting them is like my creative escape. Having shot them performing 7 times in the past 5 years, each time, I've always tried to see it a little differently and challenge myself (and my shots) to be better than the last time I shot them. I'm so fortunate to have had the opportunity to shoot them with The Dear Hunter and Leprous on their Spring tour. 

My darling friend Bella wanted to do a fairly minimalist shoot, and I had to bunch of new things to shoot with, so it all worked out great!
