I recently shot for a local artist (check them out!) at the Emerson, and if I have my camera with me at the Em, you know I'm taking pictures of all my pretty friends, too.

I've recently been inspired by things such as this "Ugly Places, Pretty Portraits"  article and this "Ugly Location Challenge," so Diamond and I wandered the alleys around the Emerson and right off 10th St. If you're familiar with the area, it's not the worst, but it's not glamorous and certainly not your top choice for a modeling type session. But clearly, it doesn't have to be.
